Privacy Policy
CD Buyers
When you check out, there are two stages: 1) you fill out our
Order Form, and 2) you enter information with a
payment processor. Information on the Order Form is kept around long enough to
fill your order. Once shipping is complete, we use the order to record what was
sold, but WE DO NOT KEEP THE INFORMATION unless you give us explicit permission to
send e-mail to your e-mail address. Also, we will never give or sell
your information to any 3rd party for any reason.
We have chosen Yahoo!'s PayDirect and X.com's PayPal systems to be our payment
processors. We have determined that they are trustworthy systems that fall into
our privacy guidelines.
Musicians / Artists
If you are a Musician applying to be listed in the Midnight Music online
catalog, you will fill out the same Order Form
that CD buyers will fill out, but the rules are slightly different. Your name,
album name(s), and track name(s) will be kept for future reference on our
site, but the other information you supply is deleted (see CD Buyers).
After you place your initial order from us, we will contact you with further
instructions on how you can receive royalty payments from us.
